Photos

  • What makes a good photo? 

Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of the  face, but not too bright that the face can't be seen.

A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your pet’s face is showing, only half of its face will be on your product!

A photo with the subject in a natural position is best

Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better.

  • Do you crop the photos?

Yes, we crop the photo for you! We only use the face of your furry or non-furry friend, all other details are cropped out. Just send us a high-quality, head-on photo and we’ll do the rest!

If your pet or person has an accessory, hat, or collar that you would like to keep (or get rid of), please specify these details on the product page or in your order notes

  • Can I upload a photo other than a dog or cat?

Absolutely - we love all creatures great and small!

If there are any issues with your uploaded image, we’ll send you an email requesting a new one!

 

Shipping

  • When will I receive my order?

Our digital files take around 24-48 hours to produce. Portraits with 2 or more subjects may take slightly longer. For physical products including prints, shipping times vary depending on the destination. Most orders will arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch

  • How much is shipping?

Our shipping rates are determined by our printing service and depend on your location. You will be able to see the shipping charge once you've put your address details in at checkout.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

We take orders from around the world! Our production time will be the same no matter where you live in the world. Depending on your home country, a customs tax may apply in addition to your shipping cost.

We have worked on orders with 3, 4, 5, 6 even 7 portraits in one frame! So anything is possible. Please get in touch if you would like a quote for a custom order
