  • Can you draw all animals? addremove

    Absolutely! From cute puppies to pet birds, we’re happy to create a beautiful masterpiece of your best friend. If it’s an animal, we can draw it 🐶😻🐷🐮🐰

  • Do you send previews before sending the portrait? addremove

    We’re currently not sending previews before sending the portrait so that
    we can get your order to your door as quickly as possible. But don’t
    worry, if you’re at all unhappy with your portrait, all you have to do
    is reach out to us at hello@izzyandotis.com and we can work with you on a revision. We ask that you reach out within 2 hours of receiving your portrait, thanks!

  • Can you do more than one pet? addremove

    We sure can. Our current record is 6 pets in one portrait, but we’re hoping to beat that in 2022 😂 For up to two
    pets, you can order straight from the website. If you’ve got a bigger crew, just head over to [Custom Orders] and let us know exactly what you’re looking for. A member of our team will be in touch on the same day.

  • Do you do pet memorials? addremove

    We’re often asked to make portraits of passed pets. We’re honored to work with you selecting the best possible picture to use in making a tribute you will always cherish and remember.

  • What are the dimensions of your posters and frames? addremove

    Our posters are approximately 1 inch
    (2.5cm) in size. Here are the sizes we offer (including the frame):

    8 x 10 in → 10 x 12 in (25 x 30 cm)

    12 x 16 in → 14 x 18 in (35 x 45 cm)

    18 x 24 in → 20 x 26 in (50 x 65 cm)

  • What is a digital download? addremove

    We offer a high-resolution digital file of
    your portrait as an add-on to physical products or as a standalone product. You can keep that digital file and use it to print it on anything you’d like at a
    later date, or to share on social media.

  • Can I return my portrait if I don’t like it? addremove

    Due to the custom nature of the artwork we make, we’re unable to offer
    returns but we’re more than happy to work with you on revisions if for
    whatever reason you’re not happy with the final product. Just reach out
    to hello@izzyandotis.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

  • What are your shipping times? addremove

    Like most other stores, we’ve
    been dealing with the repercussions of supply chain issues as a result
    of the COVID pandemic. A lot of US orders will be shipped within 2-3
    days and make it to you within a week, but these are general shipping
    times to be aware of:

    US/Canada: 
    1-2 weeks from time of purchase.

    UK/Europe: 2-3 weeks from time of purchase.

    AU/NZ: 3-4 weeks from time of purchase.

    Keep in mind you may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday season, up to 3-4 weeks.
